Mendel Heit works with Vista Alegre again, masterfully dimming borders and merging two areas of productive excellence: porcelain and crystal. This new collaboration results in a lamp that multiplies the possibilities of the materials (crystal and biscuit), expanding into intense and unexpected reflections.
Mendel Heit is a French-German product designer who lives and works in Berlin. After several experiences in industrial design, interior architecture, interactive installations and art throughout Europe, Heit created the Mendel Heit Design Lab, to dedicate himself to furniture, products, jewelry, accessories and research projects. Heit has a special interest in combining, on a human scale, new manufacturing technologies with artisanal heritage.
