The customer may return the product within 14 days of receiving it.

If you wish to offer the products from your online purchase, you may request that these be wrapped in gift wrap* and/or include a gift card, indicating the address of the recipient of the order.

In these cases, you can request that the invoice be sent to an address other than the recipient’s, simply by inserting this information in the "Purchase Order" section of the shopping cart.

Even if the articles are delivered to you or picked up by you at a Vista Alegre shop, you can request that they be wrapped in gift wrap*.

* “OUTLET” products are not wrapped in gift wrapping paper. These products are wrapped in tissue paper and placed inside an outlet bag.
