With the purpose of promoting and rewarding the excellence of artistic production at an international level, Vista Alegre has launched the collection self-titled Coleção 1+1=1, which consists of creating a tribute to the work of recognized authors in different cultural areas.

The musician Rui Reininho was chosen for this occasion, and he has selected his book Chá, Café e etc., a combination of writing and music, since it includes unpublished themes written by himself and by Armando Teixeira inspired in a selection of poems.

In the second stage, indicative of the project’s interdisciplinary nature, the musician has invited the Portuguese illustrator Marta Madureira to design a new interpretation of the book, translated into a set of pieces chosen from the Vista Alegre collection.

Another unprecedented collaboration has resulted in the seventh edition of this collection limited to 555 examples, which comes with a book of the same name, in a special exclusive edition for Vista Alegre.
