All orders confirmed by VAA will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer for delivery, whether home or the workplace, at the time of the order.
Hand delivery
If you wish the order to be delivered at the address you have indicated upon purchase, you will be notified to schedule the respective day and time through the telephone number provided for the effect.
Delivery times: business days and Saturdays, between 10:00h - 13:00h, 13:30h -18.30h and 18:30h - 20:00h).
Pickup in a VAA store
As soon as the order has arrived at the shop, you will be informed by telephone that it may be collected at the shop.
