COVID-19 Contingency Plan
In compliance with the established Contingency Plan and due to constraints associated with the outbreak of COVID-19, the Centro de Visitas do Cristal [Crystal Tour Centre] wishes to advise that all visits to the Factory have been suspended until further notice.


Guided Tour of the Atlantis Factory and Museum

Programme

00:00 Introduction (reception + film viewing)

00:00 Tour of the glass and crystal production circuit;

00:00 Tour of the Atlantis Museum;

00:00 Free visit to the shops;

(a group employee will receive visitors at the shops).

Schedule: Monday to Friday, at 10:30, 11:30, 14:30 and 15:30 (booking required); no tours available on Weekends and Bank Holidays.

The premises will be closed in August and December (Christmas).

Duration: 40m

Admission Fee:

Individual and/or group tickets: €2.60

Senior citizens and students: €1.60

Group tours will only be organised for a minimum of 5 participants.

Factory admission is restricted to persons aged 11 years and older.
