Orders & Deliveries
All orders confirmed by VA will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer for delivery at the time of the order.
Hand delivery:
If you wish the order to be delivered to the delivery address, you will be notified by email and SMS of the delivery date / period and you will have the option to change the address and delivery date. About 30 minutes prior to delivery, you will be contacted by phone by the carrier.
Pickup in a VA store:
As soon as the order has arrived at the shop, you will be informed by telephone that it may be collected at the shop.
Delivery times:
The expected delivery time is 3 to 5 working days for mainland Portugal; 7 to 8 working days to Madeira Island; 8 to 9 working days to Porto Santo Island; 8 to 11 working days to São Miguel Island; 9 to 14 working days for the Santa Maria, Terceira, Faial, Pico, Graciosa and São Jorge Islands and 10 to 17 working days for the Corvo and Flores Islands.
Special service same-day delivery:
Available in the Municipalities of Amadora, Cascais, Lisbon, Loures, Odivelas, Oeiras, Sintra, Vila Franca de Xira and the district of Setúbal.
